NEW! Peace & Justice Internship 2013

We are excited to announce the launch of a new initiative to help inform and equip Christians to live more fully into our calling to be kingdom agents of peace and justice before a waiting and watching world. The Peace & Justice Internship is designed to provide participants with practical understanding of and engagement with issues of peace and justice from a Christian worldview. In the context of intentional Christian community and alongside engaged long term ministry in an inner city neighbourhood, participants will receive training, teaching, mentorship and opportunities to explore different dynamics surrounding peace and justice. Topics will include:

Theological Foundations in Peace & Justice
Practical Expressions & Implications of Peacemaking
Peace & Justice in Creation Care
Peace & Justice in Context
Doing Peace & Justice as Community
Weekly & Intensive Practicum Opportunities
Topics: human trafficking, displaced peoples; racism; poverty; etc.

Apply Now For 2013 Justice DTS

Our last Justice Discipleship Training School returned safely from Thailand! The school traveled to northern Thailand for their international outreach, working among the migrant community and tribal groups living along the Thai-Burmese border, who are among the poorest and highest at-risk people groups of Thailand.
